The “Oleandro” (Oleander) apartment has a well furnished kitchen equipped with everything needed to allow our guests to be completely self-sufficient.
In addition to the kitchen, the apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a modern bathroom with shower. It’s a perfect choice for families or for couples travelling together.
Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided and is included in the rental price.
The apartment has a television in the sitting room. There is also a washing machine for doing laundry. All rooms are air conditioned for the hot summer months and heated during the winter.
At the front of the apartment is a private, covered veranda furnished with tables and chairs where guests may enjoy an outdoor meal or relax in the evening breeze.
Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome basket with fruit or seasonal vegetables from our garden or a delicious homemade cake prepared by your host Mariella.
Informational brochures on the Maremma and on tourist activities like excursions, museums, sport, restaurants, vineyards, etc. are made available to our guests.
